The same idea is done by the Tiki community and are called profiles. Community members collaborate in wiki pages: http://profiles.tiki.org/ [^] Profiles are very powerful and can be combined / included. Ideally, it's possible to collaborate on them via a web interface. It could also be on Github, which has web edits. ClearOS has a very useful mechanism for backups of configuration. http://www.clearcenter.com/marketplace/system/Configuration_Backup_and_Restore.html [^] Maybe there could be a way to start from this. Likely the data would have to be cleaned up to remove domain names, passwords, etc. Thanks! |
