DescriptionLooks like libnatpmp is requirement, but transmission spec doesn't call for it.

For now, add to app-transmission pkg.

 Burned again by an EPEL upgrade - Transmission 2.84 to 2.92. Perhaps we should blacklist all packages that depend on EPEL RPMs.
