Summary0004752: Proxy only mode not handled properly
DescriptionThe "proxy only" (i.e. no content filter) in non-transparent mode is not properly handled. In the case where user authentication is enabled, traffic through 80/443 is blocked and the user is forced through the proxy. In the case where user authentication is disabled (a plain old non-transparent proxy), traffic through 80/443 is not blocked.

Not a typical use case, but it should be fixed. The change is small but best suited for a proper beta trial (7.2.0 Beta 1).
