Summary	0002198: Confusion over license for an app
Description	The "license" and "license_core" parameters in deploy/info.php are intended for the required metadata for the underlying app RPMS (e.g. app-base-core is licensed under LGPL3 and app-base is licensed under GPL3). When an app is a wrapper for other software (e.g. Tiki Wiki), users might confuse the "app" license with the license of the wrapped software. To discuss.
