Summary	0020751: Create workflow for kmod-* packages
Description	There is a growing need to maintain kmod-* packages in the yum repos. Make sure that these kmods can be built via Koji for both current and "next" releases. In other words, a kmod for the CentOS 7.6 kernel should be able to be built and pushed to updates-testing while still maintaining ClearOS 7.5. Corollary: a critical kmod bug fix for 7.5 should be able to be built even during the 7.6 testing phase.
