Summary	0001616: Do string length check of certificate fields to avoid cryptic error messages
Description	If a string length for an SSL certificate field is too long, the ClearOS web interface shows an unhelpful error message (something like "could not generate certificate"). In one particular example, a customer was specifying a full street address (70+ characters) for the "Unit" parameter (64 characters max).
