 Logout shouldn't be required...just lookup a new subscription (under "Find Subscription") by a user and click on the ClearBOX "View" link (although I now see it would be nice to know the one you're selecting by seeing an invoice or some other reference). Once you're viewing the "Subscription" (air quotes), click on "Go to ClearBOX Tracking".
