Summary0013041: Webconfig needs a way to specify a proxy server
DescriptionA button is required in network settings that shows up for both the network settings app and the wizard version which allows the user to specify a proxy server for webconfig to use for installation of apps from the marketplace.

This function could also be present in the app-registration module and the marketplace.

The module would need to be able to specify proxy for http and https with the ability to specify the servername and the port. If the same address is used for both, a checkbox should be provided that allows for both to be used.

See the following for more details:

More real-world feedback for 0011261 is required. I can guarantee that some apps won't work so 0011261 is not even complete. Basically, someone needs to audit all apps for compatibility.
