0001284: Trigger a Flexshare rebuild when Samba is initialized

Description

The "Flexshare" and "Web Server" apps display the "File Server Upload" option as soon as the "Windows Networking (Samba)" app is installed. Unlike the vast majority of apps, "Windows Networking" needs an administrator to do some configuration work before running the app (setting the winadmin password). Side effect: shares with the upload option enabled won't be activated until Samba is initialized. To catch this scenario, Flexshares should be rebuilt after Samba has been initialized.

To consider: adding a warning in the "Flexshare" and "Web Server" apps to initialize Samba (instead of showing the upload option).
