| Description | Add the ability to not use the cache for situations where ISP speed outstrips data write speeds to disk.

| Additional Information | This should be a simple add with a checkbox to disable the cache. Doing so will add the following line:
no_cache deny all
to squid.conf here:
# Uncomment and adjust the following to add a disk cache directory.
cache_dir ufs /var/spool/squid 10240 16 256
no_cache deny all
