Summary0001159: Banned sites prefixed with http:// end up in the banned URL list (instead of banned sites)
DescriptionThe underlying DansGuardian configuration files split up banned "sites" and "URLs" into two different configuration files. For usability reasons, this distinction is not made in the GUI. When a user prefixes a banned site with http:// (e.g. http://example.com [^] instead of the documented way: example.com), the site ends up in the URL file. Clean this up.
