Summary0010811: /etc/rc.d/rc.local does not have execute permissions
DescriptionI am not sure if this is intentional or a bug but /etc/rc.d/rc.local does not have execute permissions in ClearOS 7.2 by default. In 6.x it does.

That's a strange default, but it looks like it is by design. The comments inside rc.local:

# Please note that you must run 'chmod +x /etc/rc.d/rc.local' to ensure
# that this script will be executed during boot.
