Summary	0000996: Disabling upstream proxy is non-intuitive and requires reboot
Description	Once upstream proxy is set, to unset it, you have to set blanks in all fields..would be better to have enable/disable dropdown. Also, I could not do a 'yum install xyz' after disabling an upstream proxy. Ended up rebooting, and then 'yum install' was possible.
