Summary0000878: Change default port handling to better handle Samba 4 support
DescriptionTo avoid clashes with Samba 4's LDAP implementation, OpenLDAP will only bind to ldap://127.0.0.1 [^] if it is used for accounts (users/groups). If OpenLDAP is used only as a plain LDAP server, it will only bind to port 636.

Samba 4 will only bind to port 389 and use SASL for encryption.
