Summary0007781: Squid web proxy still available when content filter is running (non-transparent mode)
DescriptionWhen the web proxy is running in non-transparent mode and the content filter is running, access to port 3128 should be blocked (traffic must flow through the content filter on port 8080). The firewall attempts to block this traffic with a redirect/captive portal rule, but that option is not available in this situation.

Similar to 0005851 but it's a different workflow.
