Summary0000773: Determine support policy
DescriptionUsers installing (or considering installing) apps are in the dark as to what kind of support is offered with each app. Is it covered under ClearCenter Professional subscription etc.

This is especially important as more developers outside ClearCenter develop in the Marketplace.

A system is needed to denote what kind of support users are entitled to on a per app basis and shown in the Marketplace and configuration pages.
