Summary0000633: Add translator mode
DescriptionRight now, the "en_US" translation is returned when a translation is missing. For translators, returning the untranslated key (e.g. date_time_zone) instead of the translation ("Time Zone") is more helpful.

In addition, the translations from the translation server (rsync translate.clearcenter.com::translations) should override the defaults when in this special mode.
