Summary0000428: Updates to mod_ssl with SSL disabled on the web server stop it from running
DescriptionRecent updates to mod_ssl cause the web server to fail on restart if SSL has been previously disabled in the webconfig, so that another service (such as Horde) can use the port.

Upgrading httpd by default enables SSL - this is handled in the api by naming of /etc/httpd/conf.d/ssl.conf

Turning it off in the webconfig renames the file to ssl.conf.off. However the file is regenerated on install of mod_ssl.

A cleaner method of disabling SSL maybe required?

This option has been removed from the web interface and SSL is now always enabled by default. It's not particularly useful in this day and age.
