Summary0003491: Re-add bootstrap certificates
DescriptionThe OpenLDAP system uses the certificates generated by the "Certificate Manager" app, but will use internal bootstrap certificates if the Certificate Manager has not been initialized. These bootstrap certificates should always be created in order to avoid problems with slave systems connecting to a master system.
