| Summary | 0002243: Mail Settings page is blank if directory is not configured |
| Description | Most pages that require the directory to be configured, display the "Account Manager Configuration" selector (eg. if you navigate to Users without having configured your directory).
On Mail Settings, the page is blank.
For some reason, this code is on other pages, but not being included on "Mail Settings" page:

Finding out why JS is not included on mail settings page would fix the issue.
