Summary0002200: Find a workaround for firewalld starting on first boot.
DescriptionEven though firewalld is installed before app-base:

    04:59:43,644 DEBUG packaging: Installing firewalld (360/548)
    ... snip ...
    05:00:06,698 DEBUG packaging: Installing app-base-core (447/548)
    05:00:11,016 DEBUG packaging: Installing app-base (448/548)

And the postinstall script in app-base-core disables firewalld:

     syslog:05:00:09,455 NOTICE installer: app-base-core - disabling firewalld

Firewalld still starts on first boot. Anaconda does some post-post install scripting:

    05:02:05,482 INFO program: Running... /usr/bin/firewall-offline-cmd --enabled --service=ssh

Find a workaround.
