Summary	0020451: docker group not created on installation
Description	When I start docker I get the following message: level=warning msg="could not change group /var/run/docker.sock to docker: group docker not found" Either the docker group needs to be created or, perhaps the dockerroot group should be used for /var/run/docker.sock
