Summary | 0018751: Remove syswatch dependency
Description | The syswatch service is needed for: - Multi-WAN - Reconnecting WAN connections (notably, PPPoE connections) - Generating the "Network Connected" event, which is used top: - Sync the clock - Restarting NTP - http://support.ntp.org/bin/view/Support/ConfiguringNTP#Section_6.13. [^] - Restart services that don't handle disappearing pppoe interfaces (Snort) - Updating antimalware signatures Though syswatch is a core network service on a typical ClearOS system, it might be unwanted in some barebones environments (read: ClearVM). Migrate syswatch dependency to other packages.
