DescriptionThe paid app repositories were migrated to a new system in the middle of the ClearOS 7 release cycle - see 0012441. To reduce the risk of customer disruptions, the changes required to install signature updates was kept to a *minimum*. Improve the installation workflow, notably remove the dependence on RPMs.
