Description | Logged into a newly installed ClearOS and saw: Feb 19 17:17:02 --- kernel: Kernel logging (proc) stopped. Feb 19 17:17:02 --- rsyslogd: [origin software="rsyslogd" swVersion="5.8.10" x-pid="16704" x-info="http://www.rsyslog.com" [^]] exiting on signal 15. It's impossible for user to see that the syslog daemon is not running. Add to services by adding configlet for rsyslog to: /var/clearos/base/daemon | ||||||||
