Summary0001578: Rsyslog doesn't show up as service
DescriptionLogged into a newly installed ClearOS and saw:

Feb 19 17:17:02 --- kernel: Kernel logging (proc) stopped.
Feb 19 17:17:02 --- rsyslogd: [origin software="rsyslogd" swVersion="5.8.10" x-pid="16704" x-info="http://www.rsyslog.com" [^]] exiting on signal 15.

It's impossible for user to see that the syslog daemon is not running.

Add to services by adding configlet for rsyslog to:

/var/clearos/base/daemon
