0001512: Extend Intrusion Prevention WHitelisting to allow CIDR and FQDN notation

Description

Currently the Inteusion Prevention webconfig only allows you to enter single IP's but toe underlying file allows CIDR subnets and FQDN's.

Yesterday I say a lot of blocks by the Shellcode rule set when downloading a Microsoft Win 7 program. Microsoft use the Akamai network for software distribution and it is much easier to whitelist akamai.com then individual IP's. Similarly it would be easer to whitelist subnets as the blocks I am seeing are in a single subnet.
