Summary	0001398: Add purge support to remove old MACs
Description	By default, arpwatch does not purge MAC addresses, so the list of unknown devices will start to get some cruft. Add purge handling: - Automatic purging after X number of days (configurable in the UI) - A "delete" option on a per-MAC basis
