Summary | 0012771: gconsole does not receive shutdown signal |
Description | When the gconsole is running and a shutdown or reboot is issued, gconsole will fail to respond and shutdown/reboot will only happen when the systemd threshold for DefaultTimeoutStopSec has been achieved and systemd kills the process. |
Steps To Reproduce | On new system, hit CTRL+ALT+F2. Log in. Type 'poweroff' and hit enter. Wait for 90 seconds.
On new system, hit CTRL+ALT+F2. Log in. Type 'killall gconsole'. Type 'poweroff' and hit enter. Wait for less seconds.
