Summary0007791: Excluding drpm support causes grief for command line yum
DescriptionIn order to maintain compatibility with the ClearOS verified repos, the "delta RPM" support was excluded in the ClearOS CentOS mirror. Unfortunately, this causes problems when running the "yum makecache" command.

Solution: the non-verified mirrors used by the Community Edition should include delta RPM support.

 The prestodata was re-instated, but delta rpms were excluded. The "yum makecache" command now works. When disk space permits on the ClearFoundation mirror nodes, we'll add delta rpms.
