Summary0002276: Handle setting mail domain when LDAP is offline or uninitialized
DescriptionThe "mail domain" setting is stored in LDAP. The existing implementation exposes the mail domain when the account system is configured and running. Instead, the domain should be exposed to the end user as soon as LDAP (e.g. master/slave) is ready.
