Summary | 0002202: Default aliases file redirects mail to root for common names.
Description | When users of ClearOS create users with the following names the system will redirect the mail to root and bounce it. When users are created or alternately when the user is enabled for mail, Webconfig should check against /etc/aliases and either notify the admin of the alias' existence or modify and remove the alias.

The most typical problem is with common names like 'amanda' which get redirected to 'root.' |
