Summary	0002024: Handle multi-WAN with mixed IPsec-friendly WANs
Description	By definition, IPsec does not work behind a NAT-based gateway (it's not real IPsec when one tries to hack it behind NAT). It's possible to have a multi-WAN scenario where one WAN is connected directly to the Internet, while the other is behind NAT. Dynamic VPN should handle this scenario in a sane way.
