Summary	0002017: Audit consistency of links to other apps
Description	There are a number of places where we provide helpful link to a different apps. For example, the "Incoming Firewall" app shows a link to "Network Settings" if the firewall mode doesn't make any sense. Two things need to be done better: 1) We should create a standard widget for this functionality 2) The access control rules should be checked and handled appropriately. If a sub-administrator does not have access to the linked page, they will get an unfriendly "access denied" warning page.
