Summary	0001673: Migrate Marketplace code to Marketplace app
Description	Marketplace code in the theme and framework should be migrated to the Marketplace app. For example, the "get_marketplace_data()" function is called from the js/theme.js file on every page load. In practice, this is not an issue, but on development systems with no Marketplace installed, it's problematic.
