Summary 0019811: 30-day Community Edition -- too many issues

Description The 30-day access to the verified repos has a negative ROI so it should be removed. The "feature" causes far too many gotchas & issues with very little benefit.

Examples:

- Deployments in 3rd party Cloud/VPS providers - including Amazon AWS - will get caught with version mismatches.

- New apps, including ClearGLASS, will not be available on new installs. Chicken, egg.
