| Summary | 0005012: Create dummy packages for apps pushed to repos without maintainer sign-off |
| Description | A number of packages in clearos-contribs-testing were pushed through the build system without the sign-off from the maintainers. It is apparently difficult to delete packages from the Koji system (wah?). As a workaround, create dummy app packages to prevent end user disappointment. |
