Summary0000792: Add user and IP mapping engine
DescriptionOn many networks, a relationship between IP addresses and users can be established (i.e. shared desktops and workstations are not used or inconsequential). By mapping users to a particular set of IP addresses (perhaps a mobile phone and a laptop), managing and reporting is simplified. For example:

- IP-based policies in the content filter
- Proxy and web usage by username (even though user authentication is disabled)
- Bandwidth usage by username

... and many more.
