| Summary | 0007701: Add ability to create firewall rules as disabled at time of creation. |
| Description | When staging in a new box, it would be useful to be able to provision firewall rules as 'disabled' at the time of creation. This is especially useful for virtual addresses and 1:1 nat rules which may provide contention with other network devices if the new box is provisioned along side the old box. |
