DescriptionBug 0007541 will take some time to fix, so create a workaround for now, e.g. show a button that restarts webconfig when the "Account system offline" error appears.

The issue in 7541 and this are not easily addressed with the current PHP implementation and will require a reboot of webconfig. Closing this bug, will be resolved with https://tracker.clearos.com/view.php?id=7541 [^]

It looks like this workaround may no longer be required. Underlying issue has been solved.
