Summary0000577: Handle password updates for Samba machine accounts
DescriptionWith "unix password sync" enabled in smb.conf, password changes for machine accounts are sent to the "password program" script: /usr/sbin/userpasswd. The password changes request fails since the script does not handle Samba computer accounts. Detect and workaround this issue.
