DescriptionNote: I (reporter) am neither the author of this change, nor have I seen any kind of specification. Some of this is speculation and may be inaccurate!

Add support to the yum Marketplace plugin for server-side repo authentication.

The security of this implementation depends on the always-connected Suva tunnel. This prevents a single hostkey distributed on multiple servers from accessing the Marketplace repos. To avoid wasting development resources, the Suva tunnel implementation should wait until the ClearOS 5.x end-of-life in December 2015.
