Summary0000045: All Users group RID needs to be changed from the default 400
DescriptionThe "All Users" group currently has a RID of 400. This is problematic and needs to be set to a RID above 500. In order to avoid disruption, the change should only take place when the administrator would like to apply the change (e.g. a confirmation button in webconfig).
