0003351: Default menu system does not always expand properly
The default menu system will sometimes get "stuck" and will refuse to open all the items. See attached screenshots for examples.
The issue seems is a bit tricky to reproduce and seems random:

1) Install a lot of apps, that seems to make the problem trigger more frequently
2) Click around on the menu system and click on a particular app. Repeat until problem occurs (30-50 clicks?)

I was able to duplicate this in both Chrome (Linux Mint 42.0.2311.90) and Firefox (Linux Mint 37.0.1). My Firefox install has no ad blockers, cookie extensions, etc., only Firebug, HTMLTidy, YSlow and a Linux Mint extension.

One tested hypothesis: a javascript conflict with Marketplace or other javascript-heavy apps. I was able to duplicate the problem after clicking on "Antiphishing" (a very simple app/UI) - so it's likely not app-specific javascript conflicts.
