Summary0022681: Restoring 6 -> 7 never completes in the Webconfig
DescriptionI have tried two 6.x -7.x restores into different VM's, one fresh and one old, and in neither case did the webconfig Progress bar get to the end and the restore log never showed Complete.

It does complete as in the command line I see:
