Summary0002258: Mailboxes are not auto-created
DescriptionRequires logging into cyrus admin:

cyradm --user root localhost

and manually creating mailbox:

cm user/<username>

Steps To Reproduce
Additional InformationCan/should this be done with ClearSync and a script or is their a more elegant way? How/what created the mailboxes in 6?
