Summary | 0002215: Ensure /var/lib/ldap files are owned by LDAP |
Description | It looks like an OpenLDAP upgrade can leave some files in /var/lib/ldap owned by root. Not good. It's also a relatively common command line admin error to import or add files to LDAP as root, but forget to change the permissions in /var/lib/ldap. Been there and done that.
As we did in ClearOS 5, make sure the files in /var/lib/ldap are owned by ldap.ldap. |
