Summary0021181: Improve LDAP logging
DescriptionOpenLDAP is far too quiet in the logs, so troubleshooting becomes an extra chore. Resolve.

Notes:

- OpenLDAP can only log to LOCALX facilities and the default is LOCAL4. Not ideal, but that will do.

- The recommended level (loglevel = 256/stats) can be busy. To avoid the /var/log partition problems, add a size limit in the openldap logrotate configlet.
