Summary0002100: Update "select edition" in install wizard
DescriptionWith ClearOS 6, the "select edition" step in the install wizard was only shown in the Community Edition installer. The logic has to change to handle the new ClearOS 7 policies.

Logic has been added for handling release/versions in /etc/clearos/edition.d/ configlet files.

One thing outstanding is related to access to verified updates repo.
