Tool tip field in info.php can now be an array...eg...1 tooltip:

$app['tooltip'] = lang('disk_usage_app_tooltip');

More than one:

$app['tooltip'] = array(
  lang('disk_usage_app_tooltip'),
  lang('disk_usage_app_tooltip_some_other_tag'),
  lang('disk_usage_app_tooltip_even_more_tags)
);

Theme will display a string by itself, or format array formatted with
  • tags
