0020951: Docker updates bring down ClearGLASS
Each time docker gets updated, ClearGLASS goes down with most containers exiting. A docker update needs to force the containers to restart.

Note a fix will be needed for this if the Samba Active Directory Domain Controller is run from a docker app.

We'll need to create some kind of event system for Docker. All Docker apps will need to register for this "docker updated" event and handle it appropriately.

As a idea, since we know how to start an individual container automatically in Docker with the "--restart unless-stopped" switch, can we use a new docker container to control the start up and shutdown of ClearGLASS? This could restore ClearGLASS to its previous running state every time docker restarts.
